官僚や政治家を批判する日本人は、「自分が欠陥住宅を建ててしまったのは金づちが悪いからだ」と言う建設作業員と同じだ。実は選りすぐりの材木（官僚）が揃っているのに、それを使いこなせる金づち（政治家）を見分ける目がないせいで、家（政治）は欠陥だらけ。このことに気付かない鈍感な日本人には、やっぱり天下りがふさわしい。
